In January 2018, the 150m rectangular 'picture frame' was opened in Zabeel Park, bridging the gap between historic and modern Dubai. On the ground floor, visitors can explore galleries depicting the past, before taking an elevator to the rooftop viewing platform, providing grand views of the present. Finally, a third gallery on the top floor shows a vision of Dubai 50 years from now.
